Invitation to Tender

For specific purchasing projects requiring professional services or for smaller projects, the Corporation relies upon freelancers as well as major suppliers.

Big or small, any company wishing to do business with Loto-Québec and its subsidiaries is required to be registered on Loto-Québec’s supplier list.

This list is used as a reference by members of the Procurement Department when inviting suppliers to bid on a specific project.

How to Register on the Supplier List

1. Download the registration form for the suppliers’ list

2. Once you have filled out the form, mail it and enclose any relevant business information to:
