Responsible Gaming Code of Conduct

Loto-Québec has established a Responsible Gaming Code of Conduct, which lays out the commitments, goals and actions that enable the corporation to balance its business objectives and responsibility to society in the course of its day-to-day operations.

This code of conduct is divided into nine themes that cover the World Lottery Association's seven principles of responsible gaming:

1. Research
2. Employees
3. Retailers
4. Game design
5. Advertising and marketing
6. Player education
7. Commitment to all stakeholders
8. Industry initiatives
9. Public disclosure
